In 2009 the Partners decided to add a maintenance division to the business. This offered our landlords more competitive rates than engaging sub-contractors, along with a guarantee that any repairs would be undertaken when it suited the client, not the contractor.
Our staff are fully qualified and insured, and all works are guaranteed.
